Stavros, Katerina’s husband, who is a mile eater, offered himself to drive us there. Therefore we went to Argalasti, which is a village of Southern Pelion (a mountain in Central Greece, almost 250 miles from Athens). We had already known Ginette and Sandra, the one of two Orfanoudaki sisters. We met Konstadina, the second one, there.
Everything started with Ginette, the mother, who started quilting 25 years ago. Sandra was observing and learning from an early age and Konstadina started a few months ago. Sandra also organized a quilting bee at Argalasti, where the two sisters live. The result was the exhibition.

Δυστυχώς δεν έχω ασχοληθεί με το είδος, αλλά το θαυμάζω και πάντα παρακολουθώ τις δουλειές αυτές !!!
