Bag remake

This is a bag, I got from Marie Claire magazine, some time ago. It is a big bag, that I find very convenient for the weekends especially while traveling on boat. However, I always wanted to change three things: add zipper, pockets and make handles less slippery. Therefore I decided on giving it a try and there you can see before and after:
 
 
 
First of all I wanted to decorate it and make it more “mine”. I added some trim. I wanted to put just the horizontal piece but the glue was so thin that was allover. Thank God there was a small piece left just to cover the spot.
 
 
Then I lined the handles with fabric, so that they are not any more slippery.
 
 
I lined the bag adding so many and deep pockets that I cannot find the things I put in.Έβαλα φόδρα σε όλο το εσωτερικό προσθέτοντας τόσο πολλές και μεγάλες τσέπες, που τώρα χάνω τα πράγματα μέσα στις τσέπες.

I added a zipper, so that I can close it. The final result satisfied me a lot. Now you may recognize me, should we be on the same boat, during summer.

Τέλος, προσέθεσα και φερμουάρ, για να μπορώ να την κλείνω. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα με ικανοποίησε αρκετά. Τώρα θα μπορείτε να με αναγνωρίσετε από την τσάντα μου, αν τύχει να βρεθούμε στο ίδιο καράβι.
